disruptive noise unfriendly front desk person
the staff were nice and cordial.
the light seeped in through the door at night, this made it hard to sleep. i could hear people above me and in the hallway throughout the night, i found this very disruptive. at checkout, the front desk person was unfriendly and unhelpful.
